Go through the door
Just heard a sermon today at church that talked about how life presents us with different choices. Some of which are ones we look forward to making — like shopping for a car, smart phone, or vacation destination. Others keep us perplexed and frozen in fear, where its more important for us to know how things are going to turn out than it is to experience an unknown journey.
Leaving a job to start a business, proposing to the girlfriend of several years, packing up and taking on a new state, etc. Certainly, new things can be a bit frightening, but you know what’s more frightening? Staying complacent and not growing. Not securing the dream or goal on the other side of the door.
Whether or not you realize it or not, you have opened a few doors in your life already and though you might have not appreciated every decision you’ve made. You’ve survived them all. Don’t stop taking chances. Open that door infront of you and walk through.
